Every region possesses some particular characteristics using the people who reside in it. These characteristics can reflect the region's economy, social behavior, social customs, location, commerce, industrialization, religion, and other things.


The definition of 'demographics' is within essence a shortened type of that which you can call 'population characteristics'. Demographics include age, per capita income, mobility (with regards to travel time and energy to work or number of vehicles available), educational and academic level of the folks, price of ownership (that features properties and assets like homes, apartments, garden and such others), status of employment and in many cases the topography of the region.
