Differentiate. Find a new niche and grow it! Explore trends and anticipate change. Quit whining! While you can find things out of your control, draw upon your resiliency to determine the opportunity in change. Understand that your system and self will be the machine which make it all happen. Manage yourself in all of the ways. Spend meaningful time with the family and loved ones.
