N.W.: I truly think that marketing contractor has truly helped people see their talents and be these new types of artists and not just that, but also share these talents instantly along with the rest worldwide. Erin Elisse: Me too. Point about this video is neat a striking. Not new, but rather them by taking your very Benjamin Franklin-like perspective, “You invent yourself.” Into a degree, there’s some truth. Nonetheless it still really is dependant on the way you market yourself. Plus you've got to today, in today’s way. This part is fun to me, but I can view the challenges for any painter or musician. Online portfolios, social networking and actively generating leads/sales is non-negotiable. Diversely, it’s all somewhat scary in my experience. While technology is growing/changing the way you do things, the human population continues to grow also. And young adults are tech-savvy, with reduced attention spans. You can find less jobs, more competition, more pipe dreams, more distance from “tangible” work plus it seems like 1984, Brave New World" new world "Marketplace or We. N.W.: To be sure together with you, today’s youth are incredibly tech-savy, but it has changed into a detriment on their attention spans that is clearly evident within their social skills, performance at school, and dependence on popular culture.

It a lot is about how we market yourself and from there is the place your competition starts. The mission becomes: How creatively can I feel good? I think until this does draw out talents, a longing for knowledge, and connections people never might have had before the actual exciting and great portion of it all, but it does make can be so very difficult for that painter or musician who hasn’t put themselves on the market from the digital world with what they might seem just as one aggressive kind of publicity. I believe this is creating this type of new personality type that has never been known before. I’m trying to figure out though if this type of evolution with the human personality perfectly into a perceived goal is one that benefits us or perhaps is detrimental because you said, we have been getting off more “tangible” work. Erin Elisse: N.W., you get it. You're right. There are numerous books out emphasizing developing habits, i.e. The potency of Habit and The Energy Full Engagement. But technology influencing those habits as well as effect? Who knows. It comes with an interesting book from Paul Adams I’ve yet to learn called Grouped. He’s Facebook’s Head of Brand Design. It covers a lot of some tips i already think when it comes to new abilities afforded to us with technology. It’s about how precisely we not only possess the abilities to measure engagement, but specifically, influence. What if might know about thought affected people’s decisions was wrong? Suppose we are able to better, plus more methodically, master people’s thought patterns and behaviors? Is it preferable to discover how were wired? Who’s loss could it be? Can there be loss? Who’s gain? Can shaping our behavior based on technology help society? Help ourselves? Will we lead more fulfilling lives today than yesterday? Is virtual connection just as good? There are so many questions, and so many who usually takes advantage in the meantime folks determining some form of these answers. It’s stunning to me that big, corporate companies tend not to put more stock in becoming more web-based, solely based on the opportunity they need to come up with a Much bigger money. (i.e. Insurance firms that do not offer an automated request an estimate system or propriety web-based products.) Also, the businesses that don't spend money on the right kind of metrics based marketing are getting left behind to more tech-savvy startups happy to compete with the store bought. Much has been evolving.
