Daily, hundreds of women just go start their own businesses - at twice the pace that face men. That corporations are growing revenue, profits and jobs quicker than business in general. Women now own around 50% of non-public businesses, demonstrating just how tough, innovative and commercial women might be. Because i talk with female business people, I hear three consistent themes:


1) It was tough to be taken seriously from the corporate world; 2) I needed more control of my entire life; and 3) I intend to make a contribution to society. Women invariably work very difficult, they cannot necessarily wish to work a rigid schedule. Many successful female companies sustain double and triple-digit growth. Also, many also have families. What they've got exercised would it be doesn't really matter which 80 hours you work. And even though they will often work weird hours, they're highly productive. Now we have all the technology we need to free individuals to work more flexibly. In the commercial world we discover lots of people whose true potential will not be allowed to bloom, perhaps as a consequence of age, experience, circumstance, education and even gender. Only one thing has become more evident - women take a greater leadership role in operation, as well as our societies. You'll find massive gains to be made by adopting a more rounded, holistic and balanced strategy for doing things. Ladies and their inherent creativity are uniquely positioned to do this. Closely aligned to this is my observation that successful black entrepreneurs are usually more enlightened, more in touch with their soul, spirit and emotions and they are able to converse openly regarding the subject. As Emotional Intelligence is seen increasingly to be critical in a leadership role, girls have an organic advantage. I have found that many companies love their work. They provide amazing services. However they don't necessarily grasp how you can run their business and so they think something must be wrong with these personally. Nothing's wrong together! It is simply that no person has ever taught them what direction to go! Women business more often than not owners still find it easier than men to request help also to search for appropriate learning. The previous label of clients are "work hard and have people to purchase your stuff." The new model is Authenticity, Service and Wealth. The 550d is typically easier for girls. So when you learn to build your business in the new model, people we appreciate you getting good results. They thank you for who you are and what you've created. (You can thank them also!)
