I used to be about 24 years when friends of mine convinced me to get started on coming to the gym as a group. Not only to my appearance, but my outlook and attitude were all effected. When this occurs, I had been hooked. I exercised consistently that the gym has 5 times per week incorporating cardio, running and weights. I looked and felt good thinking this might be my lifestyle.&lt;br /&gt;
Also it was, until about 5 years ago. In 2007, my mother was identified as having brain cancer and turned my well being the wrong way up.
