We have to be capable of concur with what words mean. It appears as though this obvious matter not even worth mention, because language is pretty simple things. They mean whatever they mean, and everyone knows those definitions. Exactly why whether it is required to mention we have to agree on them once we already do?Mostly because a lot of people appear to believe it is best if you subvert the established meanings of words for their own political purposes.

These folks recklessly exaggerate and outright lie to experience their ends, and also the loser will be the English language. This misuse of words creates what exactly are called “buzzwords”. They're used frequently throughout the political spectrum, but the left have a certain penchant for employing them, and 2 of their favorites to work with against those in conservative right are “racist” and “xenophobe”.Before we get into what is being done to these words often, let's ask ourselves: Do we understand and concur what you mean? It's worthwhile to really think about that question, because history shows us exactly how ugly these words might be. At one time, it was common all over the world (including, sadly, in the United States) for folks of African descent being subjugated and enslaved at no cost labor by whites about the understanding, assumed, that blacks were inherently inferior and possessed of no human rights which whites were certain to respect (to paraphrase an especially vile Supreme Court decision inherited within the nineteenth century). That's racism. Moreover, on this ach day, you'll find people of some religion who are so convinced from the rightness of these faith and also the wickedness of others that they're wholly intolerant of people which profess some other world view. People who find themselves not like choices punished in a variety of ways, including with death. That's xenophobia. But the left likes to throw these words around like they just don't describe true evil, and make use of them to label people of an right wing political persuasion and people within the Alt Right movement. And why? What are the crimes of the people so branded? Usually being concered about individuals from parts of the entire world recognized to harbor terrorists (such as the aforementioned religious zealots) and wanting to promote border security against illegal invasions from individuals who eventually overwhelmingly fit in with a specific ethnicity. That, on the left, is xenophobia and racism - our buzzwords for the day.
