Aerial photography is completed professionally in field studies including cartography, archeology, landing use plans, military economical espionage, advertising and cinematography. Additionally it is a fascinating hobby practiced by many today. Practiced first in 1858 by Nadar, a french balloonist who made pictures over Paris and it was also predominantly used during the first world war with the army. It's remained a great and efficient art of taking photographs.


It requires taking photos on ground with cameras attached to air crafts, balloons, helicopters in order to mention several. Nevertheless, to have an amateur who can't afford purchasing a jet, he or she can buy an astro-cam or some oracle rocket and continue enjoying aerial photography scotland being a hobby. Companies are not overlooked in this and they've small rc air crafts useful for this purpose since flight over residential places is bound at certain heights. In evaluation of buildings or large properties, aerial photography plays a vital role which is best achieved when the photos are removed from a helicopter. The reason behind this is quite self-explanatory i.e. a helicopter usually stay still and therefore produce a better environment to take pictures compared to a regular plane. One of its problems though, could be the perspective correction and thus some pictures stated in certain angles may result in incorrect perspective. For example, near objects may often look too big compared to far placed objects. Remember, the good things about it are endless and actually if you want to sell a substantial estate work with an airplane for faster and great evaluation results.
