Aerial photography is performed professionally in field studies for example cartography, archeology, landing use plans, military economical espionage, advertising and cinematography. Additionally it is a unique hobby practiced by many today. Practiced first in 1858 by Nadar, a french balloonist who made pictures over Paris and it was also predominantly used during the first world war by the army. It's got remained a fantastic and efficient art of taking photographs.

It demands taking photos on ground with cameras placed on air crafts, balloons, helicopters simply to mention a number of. Nevertheless, on an amateur who do not want purchasing a jet, he or she can buy an astro-cam or some oracle rocket and continue enjoying aerial filming scotland as a hobby. Companies are not overlooked in this and they've small rc air crafts employed for this purpose since flight over residential places is bound at certain heights. In evaluation of buildings or large properties, aerial photography plays a huge role and this is best achieved in the event the photos are taken from a helicopter. The reason behind that is quite simple i.e. a helicopter usually stay still and thus develop a better environment for taking pictures when compared with a regular plane. One of its problems though, could be the perspective correction and thus some pictures produced in certain angles could lead to incorrect perspective. For example, near objects may have a tendency to look too large compared to far placed objects. Remember, the good reasons for it are endless and in fact if you need to sell a large estate readily airplane for faster and great evaluation results.
