On the decades, bodybuilding has changed tremendously but it's generally understood there are two main factions or philosophies from the lifestyle; natural bodybuilding and pharmaceutical bodybuilding. Natural bodybuilding uses exercise, health supplements and a good diet to improve immune function and increase effectiveness against degenerative disease. Each and every repetition, cells are flushed with life-giving oxygen and micro-nutrients. Waste is removed efficiently and quickly. When practiced correctly, this doesn't destroy or eliminate. It adds much more than symmetry and quality muscle, but gives you benefits beyond exactly what can be seen with all the human eye.
