Every day, hundreds of women decide to start their own businesses - at twice the speed of men. And these companies are growing revenue, profits and jobs faster than business in general. Women now own around 50% of personal businesses, demonstrating how tough, innovative and commercial women could be. When i speak with female businesses, I hear three consistent themes:


1) It was difficult to be used seriously in the corporate world; 2) I wanted more control of my entire life; and 3) I want to make a contribution to society. Women invariably work very difficult, they never necessarily wish to work a rigid schedule. Many successful female companies sustain double and triple-digit growth. Also, many of them also provide families. What they've worked out could it be really doesn't matter which 80 hours you choose to work. And while they may work weird hours, they are highly productive. We've got each of the technology we should instead free people to work more flexibly. In the business world we discover a lot of people whose true potential hasn't been allowed to bloom, perhaps due to age, experience, circumstance, education as well as gender. But one thing is becoming more evident - women think about a greater leadership role in business, as well as our societies. There are massive gains to be made by adopting a much more rounded, holistic and balanced means of doing things. As well as their inherent creativity are uniquely positioned to accomplish this. Closely aligned to the is my observation that successful young female entrepreneurs are likely to be more enlightened, more in contact with their soul, spirit and emotions and are able to converse openly on them. As Emotional Intelligence is viewed increasingly to become critical in the leadership role, for women who live an all-natural advantage. I find that most business owners love their work. They provide amazing services. Nevertheless they don't necessarily grasp how to run their business and they think something have to be wrong with them personally. Nothing's wrong together! It's only that no-one has ever taught them how to proceed! Women business usually owners still find it easier than men to ask for help and also to search for appropriate learning. The previous type of clients are "work hard and get individuals to purchase your stuff." The brand new model is Authenticity, Service and Wealth. The 550d is normally easier for women. When you learn how to create your business inside the new model, people we appreciate you achieving success. They we appreciate you who you are along with what you've created.
