Daily, countless women go out and start their own businesses - at twice the rate of males. That corporations are growing revenue, profits and jobs faster than business all together. Women now own around 50% of private businesses, demonstrating exactly how tough, innovative and commercial women could be. While i speak to female companies, I hear three consistent themes:


1) It was challenging to be taken seriously inside the corporate world; 2) I needed more treatments for my entire life; and 3) I intend to make a contribution to society. Women invariably work very, very hard, they just do not necessarily need to work a rigid schedule. Many successful female business people sustain double and triple-digit growth. Also, many of them likewise have families. What they have solved is that it really doesn't matter which 80 hours you're working. And while they may work weird hours, they're highly productive. We've got each of the technology we have to free visitors to work more flexibly. In the commercial world we find lots of people whose true potential is not allowed to bloom, perhaps as a result of age, experience, circumstance, education or perhaps gender. But one thing is starting to become more evident - women consider an increased leadership role operational, and even in our societies. You can find massive gains to be made by adopting a more rounded, holistic and balanced method of doing things. Females and their inherent creativity are uniquely positioned to do this. Closely aligned to this is my observation that successful women in business are likely to be more enlightened, more in touch with their soul, spirit and emotions and they are capable to converse openly regarding the subject. As Emotional Intelligence sometimes appears increasingly to become critical inside a leadership role, women have an all natural advantage. I find that many businesses love what they do. They offer amazing services. Nevertheless they don't necessarily completely understand how you can run their business and they also think something have to be wrong using them personally. Nothing's wrong together! It's only that nobody has ever taught them what direction to go! Women business almost always owners believe it is easier than men to ask for help and seek out appropriate learning. The previous model of business is "work hard and obtain people to buy your stuff." The brand new model is Authenticity, Service and Wealth. This new model is normally easier for females. Then when you figure out how to make your business inside the new model, people thanks for getting good results. They thanks for who you are as well as what you've created.
