Every day, countless women decide to start their own businesses - at twice the interest rate in men. And the organizations are growing revenue, profits and jobs faster than business overall. Women now own around 50% of private businesses, demonstrating how tough, innovative and commercial women might be. As I speak to female businesses, I hear three consistent themes:


1) It was tough to be taken seriously in the corporate world; 2) I needed more treating my life; and 3) I want to make a contribution to society. Women invariably work very hard, they just do not necessarily wish to work a rigid schedule. Many successful female companies sustain double and triple-digit growth. Also, some of them also provide families. What they have solved is it doesn't really matter which 80 hours you're working. Even though they may work weird hours, they're highly productive. We now have each of the technology we have to free individuals to work more flexibly. In the business world look for many people whose true potential is not able to bloom, perhaps because of age, experience, circumstance, education or even gender. But one thing has become more evident - women take a larger leadership role operational, as well as in our societies. You will find massive gains to make by adopting a much more rounded, holistic and balanced way of doing things. Ladies and their inherent creativity are uniquely positioned to achieve this. Closely aligned to the is my observation that successful female ceo are often more enlightened, more talking to their soul, spirit and emotions and they are capable of converse openly about them. As Emotional Intelligence sometimes appears increasingly to become critical in the leadership role, ladies have an all natural advantage. I have found that a lot of companies love the things they're doing. They feature amazing services. Nonetheless they don't necessarily grasp how to run their business and so they think something has to be wrong with these personally. Nothing's wrong with these! It is just that no-one has ever taught them how to proceed! Women business more often than not owners think it is easier than men to inquire about help and also to find appropriate learning. That old label of business is "work hard and get website visitors to purchase your stuff." The brand new model is Authenticity, Service and Wealth. This new model is typically easier for females. When you discover how to create your business in the new model, people thank you for being successful. They thanks for your identiity as well as what you've created. (You get to thank them also!)
