Each day, countless women get out there and start their own businesses - at twice the rate that face men. Which organizations are growing revenue, profits and jobs quicker than business overall. Women now own around 50% of personal businesses, demonstrating precisely how tough, innovative and commercial women may be. As I speak with female companies, I hear three consistent themes:


1) It was tough to be used seriously inside the corporate world; 2) I wanted more control over playing; and 3) I need to make a contribution to society. Women invariably work very hard, they just do not necessarily need to work a rigid schedule. Many successful female business owners sustain double and triple-digit growth. Also, many likewise have families. What they have solved is that it doesn't really matter which 80 hours you're working. Although they may work weird hours, they're highly productive. We've got all the technology we should instead free individuals to work more flexibly. In the commercial world we discover many people whose true potential will not be permitted to bloom, perhaps as a consequence of age, experience, circumstance, education or perhaps gender. Only one thing has become more evident - women are taking a greater leadership role in business, and even in our societies. You can find massive gains to be made by adopting a far more rounded, holistic and balanced way of doing things. Women and their inherent creativity are uniquely positioned to get this done. Closely aligned to the is my observation that successful young female entrepreneurs are likely to be more enlightened, more touching their soul, spirit and emotions and so are in a position to converse openly about them. As Emotional Intelligence sometimes appears increasingly to become critical in a leadership role, girls have a natural advantage. I have discovered that a majority of companies love their business. They provide amazing services. However they don't necessarily fully understand how to run their business and so they think something must be wrong with them personally. Nothing's wrong with these! It's only that no one has ever taught them how to handle it! Women business almost always owners think it is easier than men to request help and also to search for appropriate learning. The previous model of clients are "work hard and acquire visitors to purchase your stuff." The new model is Authenticity, Service and Wealth. The 550d is normally easier for girls. And when you learn how to create your business from the new model, people thank you for being successful. They we appreciate you whom you are and what you've created. (You can thank them!)
