For most people, deciding to be fit is a lot more the test of will when compared to a one time decision. Being "fit" covers a modification of our lifestyle much more than just embarking upon a whole new exercise or diet system. For me personally, the choice came into being 15 years ago. I used to be about 24 years of age when friends of mine convinced me to start out exploring gym like a group.
