The term 'demographics' is at essence a shortened way of what we can call 'population characteristics'. Demographics include age, per capita income, mobility (regarding travel time for it to work or quantity of vehicles available), educational and academic level of individuals, worth of ownership (that features properties and assets like homes, apartments, garden and the like others), status of employment as well as the topography in the region. Demographics find its used in researching the market, opinion research, political research, and assessment from the changing trends of consumer behavior and its particular patterns.
