Every region possesses some particular characteristics based on the those who live in it. Strikes can reflect the region's economy, social behavior, social customs, geographical location, commerce, industrialization, religion, and other things.


The word 'demographics' is essence a shortened form of what we should can call 'population characteristics'. Demographics include age, per person income, mobility (with regards to travel time to work or number of vehicles available), educational and academic degree of people, value of ownership (which includes properties and assets like homes, apartments, garden and such others), status of employment and even the topography from the region. Demographics find its used in researching the market, opinion research, political research, and assessment in the changing trends of consumer behavior and it is patterns. But Singapore is better used by marketing managers, since the various characteristics of those reflect their tastes and present an idea of the possibilities of the sales returns of an launched product in a given area. Demographics may be called a form of art plus a science. Unlike demography, which puts emphasis on biological processes such as population dynamics, demographics try and grasp what people think along with what they are ready to buy.
