Every region possesses some particular characteristics in line with the individuals who live in it. These characteristics can reflect the region's economy, social behavior, social customs, physical location, commerce, industrialization, religion, and other things.


The term 'demographics' is within essence a shortened way of what we can call 'population characteristics'. Demographics include age, per capita income, mobility (regarding travel time and energy to work or variety of vehicles available), educational and academic degree of individuals, worth of ownership (which includes properties and assets like homes, apartments, garden and the like others), status of employment as well as the topography of the region. Demographics find its used in general market trends, opinion research, political research, and assessment with the changing trends of consumer behavior and it is patterns.
