When Sabrina Bells, a nearby restaurant manager, met Bancroft Henderson, an analyst, with a rooftop pool party at her condo in Arlington, she never imagined love could hit so near home. But after 3 . 5 numerous years of dating, Bancroft proposed-right in the similar view-friendly spot where they first laid eyes on each other. “We were meant to search for a birthday dinner using a band of friends,” says the bride. “As we were leaving my apartment, Bancroft claimed there would be a green light illuminating the Washington Monument anf the husband took it up to the rooftop pool to check it.” Confused, Sabrina followed Bancroft upstairs to discover the terrace encircled by candles, using a bottle of Champagne and roses waiting simply for her to convey yes.
