I came across this Fork-it chef's fork and it is really nice to use. It has widely spaced prongs and since I cook a lot is really useful for lifting the roast or boiled meats from the pan or stockpot to my bench. The handle looks like the best chef's knives and matches nicely my knives but really importantly is really comfortable to hold. The prongs are sharp, and this gives me great control over the roast and makes slicing so easy. It works really well with large pieces of meat or say a turkey and I am going to get another Fork-it as a Christmas gift. It comes in a great box and can be easily wrapped.
