Daily, countless women decide to start their own businesses - at twice the pace of males. That companies are growing revenue, profits and jobs quicker than business in general. Women now own around 50% of private businesses, demonstrating exactly how tough, innovative and commercial women can be. While i speak with female companies, I hear three consistent themes:


1) It was challenging to be studied seriously from the corporate world; 2) I needed more control over my life; and 3) I want to make a contribution to society. Women invariably work quite difficult, they just do not necessarily wish to work a rigid schedule. Many successful female business people sustain double and triple-digit growth. Also, most of them also have families. What they have solved is that it doesn't really matter which 80 hours you work. Even though they might work weird hours, they may be highly productive. We've all of the technology we have to free individuals to work more flexibly. In the commercial world we find many people whose true potential is not allowed to bloom, perhaps due to age, experience, circumstance, education or perhaps gender. But one thing is starting to become more evident - women take a greater leadership role running a business, as well as in our societies. You'll find massive gains to be made by adopting a much more rounded, holistic and balanced strategy for doing things. Ladies and their inherent creativity are uniquely positioned to do this. Closely aligned to this is my observation that successful women in business are usually more enlightened, more in contact with their soul, spirit and emotions and are capable of converse openly regarding the subject. As Emotional Intelligence is seen increasingly to be critical in a leadership role, ladies have a natural advantage. I've found that many business people love what they do. They feature amazing services. But they don't necessarily fully understand how to run their business and they think something must be wrong together personally. Nothing's wrong using them! It's only that no-one has ever taught them what to do! Women business more often than not owners find it easier than men to inquire about help and seek out appropriate learning. That old model of customers are "work hard and obtain visitors to get your stuff." The new model is Authenticity, Service and Wealth. This new model is usually easier for women. And when you discover how to create your business from the new model, people thank you for becoming successful. They appreciate who you are as well as what you've created. (You can thank them too!)
