Every single day, countless women just go start their own businesses - at twice the rate of men. And these businesses are growing revenue, profits and jobs faster than business all together. Women now own around 50% of non-public businesses, demonstrating just how tough, innovative and commercial women may be. Because i talk to female businesses, I hear three consistent themes:


1) It was challenging to be studied seriously from the corporate world; 2) I needed more treatments for my life; and 3) I need to make a contribution to society. Women invariably work quite difficult, they cannot necessarily wish to work a rigid schedule. Many successful female business owners sustain double and triple-digit growth. Also, most of them likewise have families. What they have solved would it be won't matter which 80 hours you work. And while they might work weird hours, these are highly productive. In the business world we find lots of people whose true potential will not be allowed to bloom, perhaps as a result of age, experience, circumstance, education or perhaps gender. Just one thing is becoming more evident - women consider a better leadership role operational, and even in our societies. Closely aligned to this particular is my observation that successful women in business are generally more enlightened, more in touch with their soul, spirit and emotions and they are able to converse openly about the subject. As Emotional Intelligence sometimes appears increasingly to get critical in a leadership role, women have an all-natural advantage. I've found that a majority of business people love their work. They provide amazing services. Nevertheless they don't necessarily completely understand the best way to run their business and they also think something should be wrong using them personally. Nothing's wrong together! It is simply that no-one has ever taught them what direction to go! Women business almost always owners find it easier than men to request help and look for appropriate learning. That old type of business is "work hard and have people to purchase your stuff." The new model is Authenticity, Service and Wealth. This new model is typically easier for females. And when you discover how to make your business from the new model, people appreciate achieving success. They appreciate who you are as well as what you've created. (You're able to thank them!)
