Excessive emphasis is put on "out using the old and in together with the new". Yes, the past year was imperfect, this also year is going to be imperfect too. We study on our mistakes, more importantly we learn from our successes. Look not just at our flaws, but our potential. Decide to get this a good, empowering time. If the goal was to lose 10# and you also lost only 5# perhaps you have failed? Didn't you've got some terrific experiences you would not trade? Weren't those family dinners' experiences you would not trade? You possibly can make different alternatives in 07 without feeling those involved with 06 were disasters.
