Each day, countless women just go start their own businesses - at twice the interest rate of men. Which businesses are growing revenue, profits and jobs quicker than business as a whole. Women now own around 50% of non-public businesses, demonstrating just how tough, innovative and commercial women might be. As I speak with female business people, I hear three consistent themes:


1) It was difficult to be studied seriously within the corporate world; 2) I needed more control of my life; and 3) I want to make a contribution to society. Women invariably work very hard, they just do not necessarily need to work a rigid schedule. Many successful female companies sustain double and triple-digit growth. Also, some of them also provide families. What they've got exercised is it doesn't actually matter which 80 hours you're working. And while they will often work weird hours, they are highly productive. We've all the technology we need to free visitors to work more flexibly. In the commercial world we discover many people whose true potential hasn't been permitted to bloom, perhaps due to age, experience, circumstance, education and even gender. Only one thing has become more evident - women are taking a better leadership role in operation, as well as our societies. There are massive gains to be made by adopting a far more rounded, holistic and balanced way of doing things. Females and their inherent creativity are uniquely positioned to do this. Closely aligned to the is my observation that successful black entrepreneurs are generally more enlightened, more touching their soul, spirit and emotions and are capable of converse openly about the subject. As Emotional Intelligence is observed increasingly to become critical in a leadership role, women have an all-natural advantage. I find that a majority of companies love their work. They provide amazing services. Nevertheless they don't necessarily understand fully how you can run their business and they also think something should be wrong with these personally. Nothing's wrong using them! It's only that no-one has ever taught them how to handle it! Women business typically owners still find it easier than men to inquire about help and to find appropriate learning. The old style of business is "work hard and have people to purchase your stuff." The newest model is Authenticity, Service and Wealth. The 550d is commonly easier for girls. And when you learn how to create your business in the new model, people appreciate becoming successful. They appreciate what you are and just what you've created. (You can thank them also!)
