Every single day, countless women decide to start their own businesses - at twice the speed of males. And these organizations are growing revenue, profits and jobs quicker than business in general. Women now own around 50% of personal businesses, demonstrating just how tough, innovative and commercial women could be. While i talk to female businesses, I hear three consistent themes:


1) It was tough to be taken seriously in the corporate world; 2) I needed more control over playing; and 3) I need to make a contribution to society. Women invariably work very difficult, they cannot necessarily wish to work a rigid schedule. Many successful female companies sustain double and triple-digit growth. Also, many of them have families. What they've got solved would it be doesn't actually matter which 80 hours you're working. And even though they might work weird hours, these are highly productive. We've all the technology we should instead free individuals to work more flexibly. Available world look for lots of people whose true potential is not in a position to bloom, perhaps due to age, experience, circumstance, education or perhaps gender. Only one thing is now more evident - women take a better leadership role running a business, as well as in our societies. You can find massive gains to make by adopting a more rounded, holistic and balanced strategy for doing things. Women and their inherent creativity are uniquely positioned to do this. Closely aligned to this is my observation that successful young female entrepreneurs are likely to be more enlightened, more in contact with their soul, spirit and emotions and are capable to converse openly on them. As Emotional Intelligence is observed increasingly to get critical in a leadership role, women have a natural advantage. I've found that many business people love what they do. They provide amazing services. But they don't necessarily grasp how to run their business plus they think something has to be wrong with them personally. Nothing's wrong together! It is simply that no one has ever taught them how to proceed! Women business usually owners find it easier than men to ask for help and look for appropriate learning. The old style of clients are "work hard and have website visitors to purchase stuff." The new model is Authenticity, Service and Wealth. This new model is normally easier for ladies. So when you figure out how to make your business inside the new model, people thank you for becoming successful. They appreciate your identiity and what you've created.
