Every single day, a huge selection of women decide to start their own businesses - at twice the pace of men. Which corporations are growing revenue, profits and jobs faster than business overall. Women now own around 50% of personal businesses, demonstrating how tough, innovative and commercial women could be. As I talk to female companies, I hear three consistent themes:


1) It was challenging to be taken seriously within the corporate world; 2) I needed more treating my life; and 3) I need to make a contribution to society. Women invariably work quite difficult, they never necessarily need to work a rigid schedule. Many successful female business people sustain double and triple-digit growth. Also, many of them likewise have families. What they've got worked out is it doesn't really matter which 80 hours you work. Even though they might work weird hours, they're highly productive. We've got all the technology we need to free visitors to work more flexibly.
