N.W.: I really feel that marketing contractor has helped people their talents and turn into these new forms of artists and not only that, but also share these talents instantly with the remainder around the globe. Erin Elisse: Me too. Much of this video is neat a striking. Not new, but instead them by taking your very Benjamin Franklin-like perspective, “You invent yourself.” To a degree, there’s some truth. But it still really relies on how you market yourself. And you have to today, in today’s way. This part is fun personally, but I can comprehend the challenges for a painter or musician. Online portfolios, social media marketing and actively generating leads/sales is non-negotiable. Otherwise, it’s all somewhat scary in my opinion. While technologies are growing/changing how we do things, the population continues to grow too. And young adults are tech-savvy, with reduced attention spans. You can find less jobs, more competition, more pipe dreams, more distance from “tangible” work also it feels like 1984, Brave New World" new world "Marketplace or We. N.W.: I agree along, today’s youth are very tech-savy, however it has developed into a detriment with their attention spans which can be clearly evident inside their social skills, performance in class, and dependence on popular culture.

It a lot is about how we market yourself and after that is where competition starts. The mission becomes: How creatively am i allowed to get attention? I do believe this does draw out talents, a yearning for knowledge, and connections people never could have had before which is exciting and great portion of it all, but it does make is so extremely tough for that painter or musician who hasn’t put themselves around inside the digital world in what they will often seem as a possible aggressive way of publicity. I do believe that is creating this type of new personality type containing never existed before. I’m considering though if this type of evolution with the human personality towards a perceived goal is but one that benefits us or perhaps detrimental because when you said, we're leaving more “tangible” work. Erin Elisse: N.W., you receive it. You might be spot on. There are numerous books out centering on developing habits, i.e. The strength of Habit and also the Strength of Full Engagement. But technology influencing those habits as well as effect? Who knows. There's an interesting book from Paul Adams I’ve yet to see called Grouped. He’s Facebook’s Head of Brand Design. It covers high of things i already think in regard to new abilities owned by us with technology. It’s about how we not only possess the abilities to measure engagement, but specifically, influence. What if that which you thought affected people’s decisions was wrong? What if we can better, plus more methodically, master people’s thought patterns and behaviors? Would it be better to discover how we are wired? Who’s loss would it be? Can there be loss? Who’s gain? Can shaping our behavior determined by technology help society? Help ourselves? Do we lead more fulfilling lives today than yesterday? Is virtual connection just as good? There are so many questions, and thus many people who can take advantage meanwhile folks determining some type of these answers. It’s stunning to me that big, corporate companies don't put more stock to become more web-based, solely using the opportunity they must make A Much bigger money. (i.e. Insurance agencies that do not provide an automated request a quotation system or propriety web-based products.) Also, nokia's who don't invest in the right kind of metrics based marketing are missing out to more tech-savvy startups prepared to compete for your store bought. A lot has been evolving.
