I found this Fork-it cook's fork and it works really well. It has broadly spaced tines and since I cook a lot is really handy for lifting the roast or boiled meats from the pan or stockpot to my kitchen bench. The handle looks like the best chef's knives and matches nicely my knives but most importantly is really comfortable to hold. The prongs are sharp, and this gives me great grip with the roast and makes carving a breeze. It works fabulously well with large pieces of meat or say a turkey and I am going to get one more Fork-it as a Christmas gift. It comes in a great gift-box and can be easily wrapped.
