We need to be able to concur with what words mean. It appears as though such an obvious matter not worth mention, because language is simple things. They mean the things they mean, and everyone knows those definitions. So just why whether it is essential to explain we have to agree on them if we already do?Mostly because some people appear to believe that it is best if you subvert the established meanings of words because of their own political purposes.

These folks recklessly exaggerate and outright lie to experience their ends, along with the loser may be the English language. This misuse of words creates what exactly are called “buzzwords”. They're used frequently all over the political spectrum, nevertheless the left appears to have a specific penchant for employing them, and 2 of their favorites to work with against those in alternative right are “racist” and “xenophobe”.Before we get into what is being done to those words on a regular basis, let's make a list of: Will we understand and concur whatever they mean? It's worthwhile to really think about that question, because history shows us just how ugly these words may be. At once, it had been common all over the world (including, sadly, in america) for those of African descent to be subjugated and enslaved free of charge labor by whites for the understanding, overlooked, that blacks were inherently inferior and possessed of no human rights which whites were certain to respect (to explain a really vile Supreme Court decision inherited from the nineteenth century). That's racism. Moreover, within this ach day, you can find people belonging to a certain religion who will be so convinced in the rightness of their faith and the wickedness of most others that they are wholly intolerant of folks that profess some other world view. People who find themselves unlike options are punished in a variety of ways, including with death. That's xenophobia. But the left loves to throw these words around like they just don't describe true evil, and use them to label people of your right wing political persuasion and those from the Alt Right movement. And why? What are crimes of those so branded? Usually being worried about individuals from areas of the planet recognized to harbor terrorists (like the aforementioned religious zealots) and planning to promote border security against illegal invasions from individuals who occur to overwhelmingly fit in with a selected ethnicity. That, to the left, is xenophobia and racism - our buzzwords for the day.
