We will need to be able to concur with what words mean. It looks like this kind of obvious matter not really worth mention, because words are pretty simple things. They mean what you mean, and everyone knows those definitions. Exactly why whether it's essential to explain that we have to agree on them once we already do?Mostly because some people appear to still find it best if you subvert the established meanings of words for own political purposes.

These individuals recklessly exaggerate and outright lie in order to achieve their ends, along with the loser will be the English language. This misuse of words creates what are called “buzzwords”. They're used frequently throughout the political spectrum, but the left has a selected penchant for employing them, as well as with their favorites to make use of against those invoved with right wing news are “racist” and “xenophobe”.Prior to getting into what is being done to these words frequently, let's ask ourselves: Can we understand and agree upon what they mean? It's worth the cost to really consider that question, because history shows us how ugly these words may be. At one time, it had been common across the world (including, sadly, in the us) for individuals of African descent being subjugated and enslaved for free labor by whites around the understanding, overlooked, that blacks were inherently inferior and possessed of no human rights which whites were sure to respect (to paraphrase an especially vile Supreme Court decision passed down in the nineteenth century). That's racism. Moreover, in this veryday, there are people of a specific religion that are so convinced in the rightness with their faith and also the wickedness of all others that they are wholly intolerant of people which profess another world view. Those who are nothing like options are punished in numerous ways, including with death. That's xenophobia. But the left likes to throw these words around like they do not describe true evil, and make use of them to label people of a right wing political persuasion and those from the Alt Right movement. And why? Do you know the crimes of those so branded? Usually being suspicious of individuals from aspects of the planet known to harbor terrorists (including the aforementioned religious zealots) and wanting to promote border security against illegal invasions from people who get lucky and overwhelmingly belong to a certain ethnicity. That, to the left, is xenophobia and racism - our buzzwords of the day.
