The bride`s Greek roots along with the groom`s Scottish heritage combined in a over-the-top celebration. When Sabrina Bells, for restaurants manager, met Bancroft Henderson, an analyst, with a rooftop pool party at her condo in Arlington, she i never thought love could hit so near home. But after three and a half a lot of dating, Bancroft proposed-right inside the very same view-friendly spot where they first laid eyes on every other. “We were supposed to check out a birthday dinner having a number of friends,” says your beloved partner. “As i was leaving my apartment, Bancroft claimed that there was obviously a green light illuminating the Washington Monument and that he took it up to the rooftop pool to check on out.” Confused, Sabrina followed Bancroft upstairs to find the terrace encircled by candles, having a bottle of Champagne and roses waiting simply for her to say yes. A ceremony that elegantly wove Sabrina’s Greek Orthodox roots with Bancroft’s Scottish heritage followed nine months later, on September 15, 2012.
