When Sabrina Bells, a nearby restaurant manager, met Bancroft Henderson, an analyst, with a rooftop pool party at her condo in Arlington, she never thought love could hit so near home. But after three and a half many years of dating, Bancroft proposed-right within the exact same view-friendly spot where they first laid eyes on every other. “We were supposed to go to a birthday dinner with a gang of friends,” says the bride to be. “As i was leaving my apartment, Bancroft claimed there would have been a green light illuminating the Washington Monument and that he wanted to go to the rooftop pool to test it out.” Confused, Sabrina followed Bancroft upstairs to find the terrace encircled by candles, with a bottle of Champagne and roses waiting exclusively for her to convey yes.
